The above residence at 641 High Street in Denver was constructed with a below-grade basement/garage. KC Hamilton provided storm water engineering services that included a storm water discharge pump system with both a primary pump and a secondary battery-powered backup pump. The pumps discharge to a below-grade infiltration gallery located in the front yard.

The project was constructed by 3-by and is a LEED certified Silver project.
